We are currently shipping within Canada, except for Quebec, at this time. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-877-GET-LIHT(438-5448).
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
PureCloud 9 Return and Exchange Policy
On line purchases may be returned by mail within 30 days of your purchase date with the original packaging and invoice or shipping confirmation email. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted more than 30 days after your purchase date. Exchanges are available at our Corporate Head Office only.

If you do not have your original invoice, reprint your order confirmation email and bring it with you. Returns will not be accepted without an original invoice.
Be sure to bring the credit card you used to make your online purchase and valid photo identification. Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment.
To return by mail
Ensure all items are packed and sealed securely using the original package to avoid damage. Ensure no other packing or shipping labels are showing.
On your package list, indicate the quantity and return code for each item being returned, and include this list with your return shipment.

D – Damaged or defective
E – Expired
F – Item not as pictured
G – Item not as described
H – Incorrect item received

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via insured UPS Ground. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.
Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not covered by PureCloud 9.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment.
